Convoy of Hope Community Event
A collaborative effort of Greater Lafayette organizations led by River City Church to bring hope to those in need through free groceries, health screenings, job services, family portraits, haircuts, prayer, activities for children and more! Convoy of Hope 2020 is set for Aug 29, 2020.
Christmas for Everyone
A compassion outreach through which community residents in need receive Christmas presents for their children 18 and under who may not otherwise receive them.
A 12-step, Christ-focused recovery program for those who struggle with any hurts, hang-ups or habits they would like to break free of. Celebrate Recovery meets weekly, year-round. For more information, please email CR@rivercity.info.
Family Fun Nights
On the 1st Friday evening of each month, the entire family is invited to enjoy movies, games, and light refreshments in our beautiful auditorium and lobby. Younger children are able to enjoy our amazing play-space. Family Fun Night is free to the public!
River City Market Food Pantry
On the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month from 4-6pm, guests in need of food are invited to receive quality food to feed their entire family. No identification or proof of income is needed.
River of Hope
A peer-based grief support program for those who have lost a significant person through death. The is for people of all ages, beginning at age 4, and is ongoing, year-round, meeting two evenings a month. For more information, please email RiverofHope@rivercity.info.
River City Seniors
Come hang out with “youngsters over 50” and build relationships, gain knowledge through informative activities and presentations, and even (sometimes) eat great food!
